Implements company management operations

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• CancelEmptyCompany
  Permanently removes partner without resources from system
• CreateAdditionalAdmin
  Creates additional dashboard admin for specified entity
• CreateCompany
  Creates new company without any accounts.TargetEntityId is used to resolve new company's parent partner.
• CreateCompanyWithBackupAccount
  Creates new company and admin user(with backup account).TargetEntityId is used to resolve new company's parent partner.
• EditCompany
  Allows to change company name, disk quota, contact person, contact email, disable/enable uploads over account size.
• GetCompanyDetails
  Extracts company details by company entityId
• GetUsedSpaceForAllAccounts
  Returns info about used space which is alredy consumed by entity accounts
